Protein Classification Benchmark Collection

Data submission

We are looking forward to include new data into the collection. For each
submission please contact the development team at benchmark@icgeb.org.

The new data can include the following:

- sequence or structure collections, submitted as concatenated FASTA or
concatenated PDB files, respectively.

- cast matrix, specifying the role of each entry in each classification
task.

- distance matrix (all vs. all comparison data of the dataset)

- new evaluation tasks on existing or new datasets

It is a good idea to first test the dataset with the 1NN script available
at the site, or with some other program.
