This server produces a 3D model of DNA molecule given a sequence of
maximum 700 nucleotides. You can select either standard DNA conformations
(B-DNA, A-DNA) or bent conformations, predicted by a set of
structural parameters. The output is a PDB file that you can visualize by
standard programs such as SwissPDBviewer, Chime, Rasmol. Models of bent
DNA (up to 50 basepairs) can be optimized/refined by energy minimization
and molecular dynamics.
